3. Not Legal Advice
Our services do not constitute legal advice. ClearSite is not a law firm, and our team members are not acting as your attorneys. Our audits and reports are compliance reviews based on our understanding of applicable regulations. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
4. Free Audit Services
Our free compliance audit is provided at no cost with no obligation. The audit report is for informational purposes and does not guarantee legal compliance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free audit service at any time.
5. Paid Services
Paid services including Remediation Consulting, Full Remediation, and Ongoing Monitoring are subject to separate agreements and payment terms provided at the time of engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ardensel & Co, LLC and ClearSite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. 7. No Guarantee of Compliance
While we strive for accuracy and thoroughness, we do not guarantee that our audits will identify all compliance issues or that implementing our recommendations will result in full legal compliance. Laws and regulations change frequently, and compliance is an ongoing obligation.
